Challock Chilli Festival
Along with Chilli tasting, fresh Chilli Fruits, fully grown Chilli plants as well as Chill Seeds for sowing and growing your own are all available to buy. There will also be many stalls selling sauces, chutneys, and jams – as well as foods to eat on the day from Pizza or curry to Chilli Candyfloss and Chilli Coffee. Couple that with a range of arts and craft stalls (all who sell at least one Chilli themed craft item) and you have the perfect event for the lover of all things Chilli!
Canterbury Food and Drink Festival
Set in the beautiful Dane John Gardens, this event will be a one-stop-shop for delectable fare and thirst-quenching beverages. The annual Canterbury Food and Drink Festival is set to be even bigger and better when it returns to the city at the end of September.
Royal Tunbridge Wells Food and Drink Festival
Royal Tunbridge Wells Food and Drink Festival is held in Calverley Grounds and is the culmination of Royal Tunbridge Wells Food Month. It will run from 11am to 6pm both days and is free to enter and they’re expecting over 70 stallholders selling local, national and international food!
Hythe Food and Drink Festival
Family friendly event with hot food, live music, beer festival, cooking demos, children’s rides and other activities. Hythe’s food festivals are designed to promote the cultural identity of the local area against a regional, national and international backdrop, showcasing food and drink products and associated attractions to create a quality community event and provide visitors with an entertaining and memorable experience.
Summer Family Fun Day
A Summer Family Fun Day that will bring together outdoor games, bouncy castle and face painting with live music, prayer and gospel presentations, all being held at the beautiful Dane John Gardens.
The festival opens in traditional fashion with the Grand Parade down Hythe High Street. The parade finishes at Hythe Green where 2 days of entertainment begin. There will be a central stage which will host a range of music, dance, poetry and theatre.
The Great Kent Chilli Festival
The Great Kent Chilli fest have teamed up with Hole Park, one of the area’s prettiest gardens, to bring to Kent one scorcher of a weekend. This is sure to be a great day out for chilli enthusiasts, food lovers and families. If you enjoy the sensation of steam coming out of your ears then this is the Chilli Festival for you! They have some of the country’s most respected chilli companies showcasing their plants, seeds and condiments; chutneys, hot sauces, chilli chocolate, relishes, pickles and oils.
